Thomas Larkin - Director IEC Advisory Pty Ltd
Tom has extensive taxation and financial management experience, gained through working closely with individuals, businesses & corporates across a range of industries.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree, a public practice certificate, and is CPA qualified. Tom is also a registered tax agent with the tax practitioners board.
In 2000 he commenced his career as a cadet with a firm which is now the largest mid tier accounting firm in Australia, and over a 16+ year association with that firm Tom worked in several different roles. The last 5+ years Tom was a Principal of the firm, responsible for the working with others to support the local team, local clients, and local operations.
In 2014 Tom was recognised as the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce, Young Business Executive.
Joel Bones - Director IEC Financial Advisory Pty Ltd
Joel is a CFP ® (Certified Financial Planner) with the Financial Planning Association of Australia, and has completed an Accounting Degree and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning. In 2001 he commenced his career as a cadet with a large mid tier accounting firm, and over a 15 year career with that firm, worked in a number of different roles including Accounting, SMSF Accounting, Para Planning and as a Senior Financial Planner and an Associate Principal.
In 2012 Joel was named in the Wealth Professional's Top 50 Advisors in Australia, recognising him as a top performer across the industry. Joel's high performance continued in 2013 when he was a regional winner of the Young Business Executive Award, at the NSW Business Chamber State Business Awards.
Sally Nakad - Senior Manager
Sally has more than 20 years professional accountancy experience, specialising in accounting, taxation and cloud-based accounting. Sally commenced her career in 1999, after graduating from Charles Sturt University, with what is now the largest mid tier accounting & financial services firm in Australia. Within this firm Sally worked in a senior management role in business services, and being an award recipient within this firm, was recognised formally for her contribution to the development of the firm at a local level. Sally is both a registered CPA and Tax Agent.
Shelley Hutchinson - Accountant
Shelley is a Charles Sturt University graduate, holding a Business degree in Accounting and Financial Planning and has recently commenced studying her CPA. In 2017 Shelley was named as a finalist for the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce award, "Employee of the Year". Shelley has numerous years experience in the customer service industry and is passionate about providing quality service to all clients. Shelley has received her Xero certification and is knowledgeable in Cloud Accounting, GST and Tax Return matters.
Luke Ensor - Accountant
Luke is a graduate of Charles Sturt University, holding a Bachelor of Accounting with a joint study in Legal Studies. He commenced his CPA studies in August 2025 and brings over five years’ experience supporting clients with tax compliance, financial record keeping, and GST matters. Luke is also Xero and Figured certified, enabling him to deliver practical, technology‑driven accounting solutions.
