Our key focus for this role is creating a personable and professional client experience, that positively contributes to our team environment.
You will be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel and ideally have experience in document preparation software, document management systems and database software. You will need to be willing and capable of learning our online based client portal systems of CCH Ifirm and Xplan.
You will also have strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills to support the team in the delivery of quality service to our clients. As well as attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of firm presentation are professional.

Due to the growth of the business this role will be an administration role, working Monday to Friday and preferably full-time hours. Some flexibility may be provided in relation to the working hours each day.
